THE BALANCE STUDY OF ITS PROJECT AND TEAM MEMBER

摘要

How to create a balance team is very necessary to be studied to enhance the success probability of project development. The balance model of project and team member is given. Team member match up to the project to attain the balanced target of project team management with the project classification, project technique characteristic analysis, the personality and ability evaluation of team member and project manager. At last, the evaluation and reorganization to the Da Tang OAMS project team is studied as a case.
