摘要

Team appraising is a preceding work to improve a team. This paper proposes a system of team appraising criteria based on team theory. The appraising curve from questionnaire and observation information was made to find the team drawbacks rapidly and directly in order that proper measures will be taken to build a high-performance team. The effect was satisfied by using this method in the appraising practice.
