Project Interface management is a very important element of project management, it thread through the overall process of project since the beginning to the end of project. It indeed decides whether projects are successful or fail. Especially, for a large or complex project, there are large numbers of project interfaces that refer to technical factors and commercial factors. Project interface's complicacy and number is rely on project strategies, organization structure and project management system. In addition, project interface management strategy and procedures is dependent upon project interface complicacy. However, as to petrochemical project, project interface management is quite necessary. Project management interface must set up an efficiency project interface management procedure, system, and project interface list before execute stage, so that can manage these complex project interfaces.
