INTRODUCTION TO CHINA EQUIPMENT SUPERVISION

摘要

With the development of socialist market economy and reform of investment system, China will further initiate equipment supervision to establish a corresponding market service system, based on the engineer consultation and construction supervision. This essay, from the perspective of market economy rules, proves that it is necessary to execute this system, introduces the government administration system and the issued laws and documents and proposes points of view concerning problems of construction supervision.
