ENTERPRISE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS RESEARH BASED ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT

摘要

Though analysis the problems of strategy implementation process, the paper brings forward strategy implementation needs a new method to improve its effect. Three-layer model, the common characteristics of many professionals research, is outlined to prove that project management is helpful in strategy implementation. And the article puts forward two internal/external projects process model to illustrate how project can help strategy implementation.
