THE APPLICATION OF LINEAR PROGRAMMING MODEL IN TIME-COST OPTIMIZATION

摘要

Network program method has been widely studied to resolve the time-cost optimization problem. However, it is not the most reliable and optimum method under any circumstance. This paper demonstrates this opinion by providing a counterexample. To resolve this kind of problem, a new method of analysis is introduced with the help of the linear programming (LP) model. Results show that LP model is more efficient than traditional network program method.
