This thesis is from the perspective of enterprises' effectuating standards. At first, this thesis presents the essentiality and possibility of integration management by analyzing both problems and disadvantages in the effectuating standards procession. Secondly, through analyzing and summarizing the theory of integration management about effectuating standards, it provides a solution way for enterprises' effectuating standards according to the advanced technology and theory of ERP, which settles the management problems of different systems and sections and realizes resources sharing in persons, capitals and information.
