IDETIFYING THE HUMAN ELEMENTS FOR PROJECT LEADERSHIP

Project leadership is one of the most important factors for the success of a project. Therefore, leadership skill of the project leader is an important theme in project management research field. This research has carried out an investigation and found out the key elements of project leadership that can be used as a tool for the project leaders to improve their leadership skills.
