ENTERPRISE THREE BASELINES INTEGRATIVE CERTIFICATION RESEARCH BASED ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT

摘要

This is a new perspective that the method of project management (PM) is applied to modern enterprises' certification. Three baselines integrative certification will be inevitable developing trend for enterprises' effectuating standards and certification. And PM is a systematical concept, technology and tool about planning, organizing and controlling project. PM applied to enterprises' certification will make it smoothly carrying through and may improve enterprises' effectuating standards and integrative certification. Accordingly, this thesis will research and discuss enterprises three-to-one integrative authentication, in order to provide some references for these enterprises that are going to certificate.
