摘要

In management of the science research works, the appraisement, as well as the filter and establishment, on the scientific research project declared can affect the quality of the research results directly. In order to make as much benefit as possible with limited input and reduce the blindness of decision-making, this paper designed the evaluation index system and established the fuzzy optimization evaluation model according to the characteristic of evaluation and optimization of the science research project. The case application indicates that this method can not only solve the problem of arranging order of the projects provided, but also estimate the projects' superior and inferior position. Thus this can provide basis for the scientific decision-making.
