From the closer point of project management in practice, project networks with TSC can remedy the defects in traditional project networks. In this paper, the amended two-phase algorithm is presented to analyze the project networks with TSC of activity pattern. An example based on a real-life situation is used to validate the algorithm. A qualitative conclusion can be obtained: the more number of the day-pattern and the d&n-pattern activities are there in a project network, especially for the day-pattern activities, the more difference exists between the project network with the TSC of activity patterns and the traditional model. Therefore, project managers should pay more attention to these changes in order to more correctly making decisions for project scheduling and resource allocation.
