摘要

A new technology, "high-gravity multiphase reactive precipitation," was developed for the massive production of nanoparticles. A high-gravity reactor was designed to generate high acceleration. The synthesis of CaCO_3 nanoparticles was experimentally investigated. The mean particle size could be controlled in the range of 15~40nm by changing the operating conditions. Nano-sized CaCO_3 nanoparticles gave much better performance than micron-sized particles for reinforcement of polymers and as a high-functional rheopexy filler in paint.
