摘要

A typical centrifugal airfoil fan KF-60L, used in indoor unit of air-conditioner, is adopted for experimental study in this paper. In terms of the measurement methodology proposed, various types of airfoil profiles of the impeller used in centrifugal airfoil fan are designed and manufactured for the measurements. Nine types of airfoil with various relative flexibility f/b, relative maximum thickness e/b and relative thickness c/b are designed to assemble the centrifugal fan for aerodynamic and acoustic performance measurement. Finally, the option with best performance in aerodynamics and acoustics is approached, and the optimization is presumably taken with about 2 dBA abatement.
