摘要

Chitosan ,a deacetylated product of chitin, finds widely in the shells of marine crustaceans, pupal and maggot cases ,and the cell wall ofrnMycetes. The studies and applications of chitosan have been made widely inrna lot of fields: such as medicine, food, textile finishing, surfactant detergentrncosmetics, and environment protection and so on. Chitosan, a polysaccha-ride of 2-amino - (1→4)-β-D-glucose, used as a solid supporter, is a novel approach of immobilization of enzyme .
