摘要

The strains occured in any part or assembly determine a shortening of their life. In order to set the reserve of life for welded constructions used in coal open pits shall be determined the strains occuring in such constructions and to this end in view within this paper they surveyed the determination of strain condition occuring in the elements of the arms of the ERC 1400 floor clearer. For determining the strains two methods have been used, namely a method based upon the modeling through the agency of the finite elements method and a method based upon the determination of strains in many points by direct measuring the size of the element of the floor clearer arm. For finite element modeling has been used the program AutoDesk Invento and for the accurate measurement of the material coatings has been used an apparatus type LAPTOSCOP.
