摘要

In order to improve the flocculating activity of the bioflocculant produced by B3 (named MBFB3),the optimum flocculating characteristics were determined by a serious of experiments.Many factors in Kaolin suspension,such as the concentration of biofloeculant,metal ions,temperature and pH could influence the flocculating activity.After the orthogonal analysis of the influencing factors in flocculation system,the most optimum condition for flocculating were adding 0.4g kaolin in color comparison tube of 100ml,1% CaCl2 lml,bioflocculant lml,pH about 5.0,standing 5min after quickly shaking 10 times and slowly 10 times after 10 times,sampling at the point of 75ml,absorbance measurement under 660rim.
