摘要

University-enterprise cooperation is a model for companies and universities to jointly train innovative talent.In the present situation of the lack of innovative engineering technology professionals, training center based with the real production background which is built by cooperation between universities and enterprises relying on the regional industrial alliance advantages is required.The guides deeply involved in the training process by company and a comprehensive reform of the personnel training mode help to optimize the engineering students' knowledge, abilities and qualities structure.Thus we can achieve the objective of training a large number of engineers in line with the time requirements,and can realize sustainable development of university-enterprise cooperation.
