The cultivation of a large number of top-notch creative talents is not only one of important approaches to enhance China's comprehensive national strength, but also the fundamental requirement for education in the new era.In recent years, China's higher education sector and the community have paid particular attention to the training of top-notch creative personnel, and the government and universities have done a lot of effort and relevant exploration, which, however, is still far away from the desired goal.The growth of innovative personnel should be supported by various aspects, such as social environment, families, schools and institutions, etc.Among them, the positive interactive university innovation culture plays a critical role.The interpretation on "The Question of Tsien Husushen" can lead to the revelation that the positive interactive university innovation culture will help to promote the growth of top creative talents.The college innovation atmosphere is an effect field composed of various elements of the college innovation culture in time and space of the university campus.Through the exploration on the college innovation culture atmosphere as well as the construction principles to train the top creative talents, we believe that the creation of the college innovation culture atmosphere should comply with the characteristics and growth roles of creative talents, and focus on building the institutional culture atmosphere to guarantee the innovation, the material cultural atmosphere to encourage innovation, the spiritual culture atmosphere to guide innovation, and the positive interaction among these culture atmospheres as well.
