An Initial Application of AP-233

The System Engineering DesignrnMethodologies (SEDM) project is concerned withrnpotential avenues to exploit the AP-233 systemrnengineering data exchange standard. The project is arnjoint venture between the System Engineering andrnEvaluation Centre of the University of South Australiarnand BAE SYSTEMS Australia. The work described inrnthis paper covers the design and implementation of anrnimport interface from the AP-233 data model tornDOORS. The project showed that AP-233 is anrneffective medium for tool independent transfer ofrnsystems engineering information.
