This paper presents two case studies that involvernthe process of replacing multiple legacy systemsrnwith a comprehensive Enterprise ResourcernPlanning (ERP) system. The paper will focus onrnthe processes that each company took inrnevaluating the systems and the data housed inrnthese systems. The lessons learned and anrnassessment of each company is presented at thernconclusion of this paper.
