Decision Metrics Matrix Process

摘要

This paper presents a decisionrnmetric matrix process to evaluate the stakeholdersrnneeds related to their goal for improvement of arnprocess, product or resources. The decision metricrnmatrix gives the system engineer a method to namernthe components of the decision matrix and providesrna process to extract, quantify and evaluate thernmetrics of the stakeholders' goals. Column one andrnsubsequent rows of the decision matrix contain therndecision parameters and the interior rows andrncolumns contain the associated action statementsrnand values. The stakeholder uses the actionrnstatements and action values as indicators to makerna weighted decision concerning the goal. Therndecision metrics matrix uses concepts from thernGoal-Driven Measurement paradigm (Basili).
