Organizing for Successful System Development

While many options are available tornorganize a development organization for success,rnapplying basic elements of system engineeringrnmanagement in defining, building, controlling andrnmaintaining the organization chartered to develop thernsystem will provide a solid foundation for the systemrnengineering effort. This foundation will provide focusrnon the system under development and the processes tornbe applied to the development, rather than onrnorganizational roles and responsibilities. While thernproper organization will not guarantee success,rninadequate organization of the effort will make therndifficult process of system engineering a monumentalrnchallenge.
