Middleware for Distributed Embedded Real-Time Systems

This paper identifies the middleware requirements typically connected with heterogeneous distributed embedded real-time systems and presents the BBCS middleware developed by the authors to meet these requirements, with special focus on bandwidth scheduling and the user's view.
