DIAMOND - THE NEXT GENERATION MATERIAL FOR HIGH POWER ELECTRONICS?

摘要

Diamond is an ideal material for high power high temperature electronic systems integrating for example high speed FET devices and RF MEMS components in MMICs. The state of the art of both groups of devices is reviewed together with the materials requirements. Based on these data, the perspectives of high power / high speed integrated systems is evaluated.
