In the paper, It has summarized the function and characteristic of LabWindows/CVI, introduced the designing method and realizing technology of the virtual instrument software. high-speed data acquisition card model UA305 on USB interface and computer were adopted in hardware. Based on the LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument software development environment, a set of multi-channel data acquisition system software was designed. It can realize the functions of multi-channel signal acquisition, real-time data display, data storage, and so on. It satisfied the request that test many parameters at the same time in one test. It has provided the programming examples of multi-channel data acquisition, display and data storage. The system software has been tested using the standard signal and experiment signal, debug through the experiment, the result shows that the software satisfy the project testing demand.
