Capacitive photocurrent spectroscopy is used to probe the density of states of graphene, graphene-oxide, and reduced graphene-oxide. Three peaks in the density of states are observed near the Dirac point whose intensities soale with the oxygen coverage. Transitions between these peaks and the graphene π/π~* states correlate with the luminescence spectra reported for graphene-oxide.
