摘要

This paper gives the correlation fromulae of liquid holdup in inclined pipes on the basis of fowo pattern models,and analyses the influence factors to void fraction.Liquid holdup is just the main content of gas-liquid two-phase flow study.But diferent flow pattern follows different flow mechanism,and its liquid holdup is different from the others.Experimental results show that liquid holdup is mainly affected by inclined angle of pipe,flow pattern,gas-liquied slip ratio and volume percentage of gas,This paper otains the correlations between void fraction and some dimensionaless parameters and inclined angle of pipe,and gives the calculating formulate of void fraction for various flow patterns on the basis of theory of similarity and method of dimensional anlaysis.The results of eror analysis show that the correlation formulae of void fraction given in this paper coincide fine with the experimental results.
