摘要

The dynamic evaluation of the detection capability for the radar netting can provide necessary data for the decisionmaking in the battle with the simulation an important method for the realization. On the analysis of the detecting mission of the radar netting,this paper constructs the models for the evaluation based on System Effectiveness Analysis (SEA), designs the framework and the internal structure for the simulating system based on agent. It lays the foundation for the realization of the simulating system for the detection capability evaluation and has the significant meaning.
