In previous papers we have proposed the integration of content-based document retrieval facilities into the repository underlyign a software engineering environment.In the present paper e decribe the application of these facilities in tyupcal applciaton areas,suhc as searching reusable components or identifying project dependencies.Further more we describe the integration of the faciliteis into a concrete software engineering environment.
