Direct understanding of binary grating model

摘要

Abstract: This paper gives a direct understanding on Fraunhofer diffraction of transmitted binary rectangular phase grating. From this opinion the N-step phase grating is thought as the sum of N diffractive gratings whose phases and positions are different from each other.!1
