摘要

An oligodeoxynucleotide conjugated to lactosylated poly(ethyleneglycol) through an acid-labile linkage (Lac-PEG-ODN) wassuccessfully synthesized to form PIC micelles with poly(L-lysine)(PLL). The Lac-PEG-ODN/PLL PIC micelles exhibited highlyantisense activity (about 65% inhibition) due to the increase in thecellular uptake and release of free ODN into cytosol.
