AGENT BASED INTELLIGENT COURSEWARE GENERATION IN E-LEARNING SYSTEMS

Since involvement of computers in educational, academicrnand business communities has increased, e-learningrnsystems present involvement of information andrncommunication technology as constituent part ofrneducation that supports a teacher in traditional learningrnand teaching process. In this paper, our focus is placed onrnlearning materials in e-learning systems, how they arernselected, sequenced and presented in a form ofrncourseware. The main idea of this preliminary researchrnrelated to intelligent courseware generation is in dynamicrnplanning of courseware elements based on a student’srnknowledge. A term “intelligent courseware generation”rnhas not been used so far in this form and with thernsemantics described later on. Here, we define a multiagentrnsystem model for intelligent courseware generationrnthat would enable collaboration of different intelligentrnagents that would, eventually, enhance student’s learningrnand teaching process.
