Learning, a Critical factor for the Performance Management of an Organization

摘要

This article aims to examine, what are the factors that affect learning processes throughout performance management in the organization, using lessons from the literature and particularly the practice of knowledge management and the results of a qualitative analysis as these revealed from the interview of executive members of Greek companies.
