摘要

Osteochondrosis of lumbar region of a backbone becamernthe most part among neurologic illnesses. Prediction andrndiagnostics quality improvement is one of effective waysrnto improvement of quality of health services for thisrncategory of patients. It allows making rational schemes ofrntreatment-and-prophylactic actions. On the basis of datarnof the exploration analysis it has been established, that atrnthe decision of the chosen type of problems investigatedrnclasses of conditions have considerable zones ofrncrossings, and the space of informative factors hasrnincomplete and fuzzy character. In these conditions therninstruments of fuzzy logic of decision-making has beenrnchosen in a combination to methods of thernmultidimensional data analysis. On the basis of thernrealized researches the system of fuzzy solving rules hasrnbeen synthesized. This system solves problems ofrnprediction of occurrence, an aggravation, earlyrndiagnostics of an osteochondrosis. There are two groupsrnof informative factors in these rules. The first group isrntraditional informative factors. These factors are receivedrnby interrogations and surveys. Also together with thesernfactors, energy characteristics of biologically active pointsrnare used. Used points have communications withrninvestigated disease. The expert analysis, results ofrnmathematical modelling and statistical tests onrnrepresentative control samples have shown, that thernconfidence of accepted decisions makes 0.9. It allowsrnrecommending the received results to use in medicalrnpractice.
