THE APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHM IN TOBACCO BLENDS DESIGN

摘要

This paper firstly introduces the basic principle of genetic algorithms and its advantages; then makes use of genetic algorithms in the practical problems of tobacco blend design in the tobacco industry and at the same time illustrates the main steps of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the genetic algorithm is effective in the problem of the tobacco blend design and the optimization results can provide us a powerful decision support.
