摘要

Heterogeneous wireless sensor networks (WSNs) can effectively reduce the power consumption of data transfer. However, the fault-tolerant routing problem, especially routing recovery problem recently needs prompt solution. In order to maintain k-vertex disjoint communication paths from source sensors to the set of supemodes, we propose an immune cooperative particle swarm optimization algorithm (ICPSOA) to provide fast recovery from path failure in heterogeneous WSNs. Comparing with Directed Diffusion and EARQ protocols, the ICPSOA based protocol can obtain promising performance in the packet delivery ratio, energy depletion ratio and lifetime of heterogeneous WSNs.
