Safety Training for Visitors and New Employees

摘要

Almost every company has some kind of Safety Training Program for new employees and visitors, but most of them do not aware the importance of the effectiveness of the training programs. This paper therefore tries to give a detailed introduction and illustration to the importance of training for new employees and visitors, the injuries the new employees and visitors may get involved, the appropriate time for training, the concept of training, how to conduct the training and what goal we they should expect ect.
