Relevant Chemical Regulation for Doing Business in the United States

A brief overview of the laws which must be followed in order to sell products in the United States. These include regulations on the import registration (TSCA, FDA and FIFRA), transport (DOT) and hazard communication (OSHA MSDS and OSHA and CPSC labeling requirements) . A brief description of each regulation and a reference to the appropriatg government website will be given.
