ANDREW BERCZI is Professor of Business Administration in the School of Business and Economics of Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Canada and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies of the same university. He holds several undergraduate degrees in different disciplines from various universities and an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. from McGill University. He has been a university professor for more than 15 years and he has had many years of business and industrial experience prior to his academic career.;
