ERP SUCCESS: THE SEARCH FOR ACOMPREHENSIVE FRAMEWORK

While there have been about a few dozen or so studies of ERP success measures, they have been centered onrntechnical implementation success without taking into consideration that ERP implementation is only the firstrnstep towards its efficient and effective utilization. What?s more, most of the studies have diverse opinions onrnthe evaluation criteria for ERP systems. Through FG discussions that are supplemented with literature for I/Srnand ERP success, a model for evaluating ERP system success is developed to guide practitioners in planning,rnexecuting and optimizing ERP implementations. In addition, the ERP success model can be expanded andrnextended to direct the efforts for future academic research.
