Total Quality Culture--Japanese and British Way

摘要

In this paper the authors discuss the Quality Culture of Japanese companies in the U.K. and their parent companies in Japan using a paired comparison method. First of all they identify the similarities and differences among them and then investigate the reason for such differences using the idea of Total Quality Culture.
