This paper's intent is: (1) to say who we are, (2) share CQCC's groundbreaking e-community strategy, (3) highlight innovative leaders in their connected communities who are applying and demonstrating value, and (4) pull the individual session topics together demonstrating the value in different approaches in building relationships and sharing progress.
