摘要

By analyzing the working principle of swing beam, gantry and planar leather-cut machine which is used extensively recently, the shortage of leather-cut machines which have only one or two kinematical parameters is pointed out in the thesis. Because of this reason, the design idea of a new-type numerical control (NC) leather-cut machine based on GT400SG motion controller is proposed. Then the gross structure, numerical control system, nesting method, data input and leather-cut flow are analyzed and designed in the thesis. The automation level of the machine is high, so the work intensity and operating time of operators will be reduced, and the productivity effect of leather-cut machine will be enhanced.
