摘要

The method of developing a decision support system for urban leakage accidents based on GIS with SuperMap Objects is present in this paper. Firstly, the frame of the GIS is upbuilt in the environment of Visual C++ by utilizing the technique of COM (+) and the controls offered by SuperMap Objects. Then aiming a kind of fatal urban accident (leakage), the Decision supply system models are developed to simulate the process of decision. All these models supply decision maker with scientific grounds.
