摘要

The characteristics of lightning environment around Jing'an Temple are obtained through statistical analysis of lightning monitoring data over the years in Shanghai. Based on the structural parameters and structural characteristics of the Daxiong Palace in Jing'an Temple, an experimental model for simulating the thermal effect of lightning stroke was established. The lightning current intensity of the simulation experiment was compared with the results of lightning environment analysis around Jing'an Temple. The corresponding lightning current was applied to the experimental model to observe the heating and ignition of the model material. It has a certain guiding role in lightning protection of existing ancient buildings in Shanghai.
