摘要

In this paper, an improved Hopfield network is presented which guarantees feasibility of the solutions, and permits escape from local minima of the objective function to improve solution quality. the network is applied to the problem of assigning channels to calls in a cellular mobile communications network, where the Hopfield network resutls are compared to those obtained using traditional heuristic techniques.
