With the analysis about the factor influencing emergency logistics distribution path optimization, this article builds up the mathematical model based on which aims to take the shortest distribution time special traffic situation, and uses ant colony algorithm based on simulated annealing to solve the model, obtaining a optimization algorithm about emergency logistics. The research about emergency logistics distribution path optimization in critical situation has important theoretical significance and practical value.
