The attestation of the high-speed extra-precision phasernmeter has been made under the condition of thernimpossibility of getting more precise measuringrntechniques because of the pioneer character of therndeveloped device. The attestation has been accomplishedrnby the mathematical modeling of the nature signal, and byrnthe AD-converting procedure simulation with the AnalogrnDevices program adimodel.dll [1] for ADC6645 and withrnthe application of the specially developed testingrnprograms and the program of the digital signal processingrnfor the calculation of the phase.
