摘要

A generalized Boussinesq (GB) equation is solved by numerical method by applying thin plate spline (TPS), radial basis functions (RBF) based on collocation points. The approach of numerical scheme similar to finite difference methods (FDM). The outcomes of numerical results are obtained and compared with exact solutions to validate the good precision of the present method.
