With the advancement of technology thenumber of applications for many differentspectroscopy methods has increased. For example inRaman spectroscopy this is done by using multiplelasers or by modifying the substrate to enhance thesignal of the specific molecules [1]. In the medicalapplications the latter option is preferred, due topossibility of damaging the sample by using too muchlaser power. Therefore surface-enhancement withplasmonic materials, such as gold or silver, is used(Fig.1). Furthermore with the introduction to createsingle graphene layers it has been also incorporate toRaman spectroscopy as a good signal enhancer [2].As such, combination of Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) in composition with reduced graphene oxide(rGO) is proposed for detection and enhancement ofDNA molecules (adenine (A), cytosine ©, guanine(G), thymine (T) and uracil (U)) in stem and cancercells.
